STEP 2 – Free Intro Session with Head Coach Carl Penney. We’ll get a clear view of your training history, mobility, and goals to help make the chose the right program to achieve your goals.
STEP 3 – COMPLETE BARBELL BASICS TRAINING SESSIONS - We start all new lifters with 3-5 personal training sessions to help you feel confident and competent with the Snatch, Clean, Jerk, and accessory movements.
STEP 4 – Join group team training and get stronger with the best team in Palm Beach County.
