Youth Olympic Weightlifting & Strength Training in Palm Beach County

Help your athlete build strength, power, coordination, and confidence through coached Olympic weightlifting and structured training.

No experience required. We teach the lifts step by step in a safe, supportive environment.

What Youth Training Looks Like

Our youth program uses Olympic weightlifting and strength training to help athletes develop proper movement, coordination, strength, and confidence.

Athletes learn the fundamentals of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, along with squatting, pulling, and other foundational movements under close coaching and supervision.

Every athlete is coached based on their experience level. We focus on proper technique first, then gradually build strength and confidence over time.
